Clay's Garlic Vinaigrette (Vinegarette)
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Garlic vinegar *
- 1/2 cup Red Wine vinegar
- 2 oz Balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz Lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbs Basil, Parsley
- 1 tsp Paprika, Oregano, Powdered Onion, Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Sage, Black pepper
Method
Grind or crush herbs. Mix every thing except oil. Add the oil slowly while
mixing. - You will need to shake (or stir) well before service as the stuff
always seems to separate, no matter how carefully you mix it.
(*) Garlic vinegar
Using a gallon jug white cider vinegar, add 12-14 cloves of
garlic that have been halved. Allow to stand for 2 weeks or more.
