  • Provide Technical Support for all MESI products
  • Wrote macros to reorganize and convert text base database import files
  • Wrote macros scan directories of html files and create alphabetical index of anchors
  • Wrote EZRTools a Add-on to support the SAS language
  • Regularly answer questions and provide sample scripts on the MESI boards

UNIX scripting/programming

  • Written hundreds of scripts on SCO, HP-UX and AT&T UNIX systems
  • Wrote shell wrappers and TCP/IP client for advanced integrated telephony-database systems
  • Taught UNIX shell scripting classes for George Washington University and other organizations
  • Updated/Redesigned GWU UNIX course materials
  • Created course materials and taught condescend courses for shell programming to UNIX system administrators
