Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and all information collected by Clay Martin will only be used to identify you as our customer and will never be sold, exchanged or given to another organization. The only exception to this policy is the providing of information to law enforcement upon the legal request of a court for that information.

Moreover Clay Martin will only use the information and email id you provide to contact you back in regards to your question, comment or request. Martin Works Inc does not use email for advertising.

Clay Martin uses due diligence and industry accepted techniques in protecting customer information from external threats. We make the same effort to secure our customer information as we do our own.

Clay Martin may on occasion provide customers with the opportunity to subscribe to an email newsletter, as with our EZRTools software product. Signing up for a newsletter is always a separate step, and is never accomplished in conjunction with the act of contacting us with a question, comment or request. Clay Martin always uses a "double opt in" method to sign up customers for newsletters.
